ABOUT ME
Before diving into design, I was a Software Developer and Tech Recruiter, so I get what it's like to switch careers (twice!) and adapt your skills to a new path. Overall, I have experience working for SaaS, e-commerce, e-learning, and high-tech industries.
I'm currently mentoring junior UX designers, both within and outside my company, helping them excel in their roles. I'm also involved in recruiting new team members, which means I get to interview candidates, tackle whiteboard challenges, and review CVs and LinkedIn profiles.
I'm also passionate about sharing knowledge, especially about ChatGPT, AI tools for UX, accessibility and Figma. I teach UX through live talks at local meetups in the Netherlands, speak at conferences, and create online courses on LinkedIn Learning, with over 15,000 students enrolled.
My mentorship style is collaborative, honest and hands-on. Whether it's creating user-friendly interfaces, helping you with job hunt, or teaching UX concepts, I'm here to assist every step of the way.
